  • Log in to your account and go to Orders/Downloads to re-download your products anytime (within the allowed limit or time).

5. How long is my download link valid?

For your security, download links are usually time-limited or have a fixed number of downloads. The expiration time or download count will be clearly mentioned in your email or account.

6. Can I share my download link?

No. Each link is unique and tied to your account or email. Sharing links may disable your access or violate the terms of use.

7. What if I lose my download link or the link expires?

No worries — simply log into your account and visit My Downloads to re-access your files.
If your link has expired, contact our support team and we’ll help you restore access.

8. Will I get any password to unlock the files?

This file does not require a password.

9. Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Since digital items can’t be “returned,” we usually don’t offer refunds once the product has been downloaded.
However, if you experience technical issues or accidental duplicate purchases, contact support — we’ll be happy to help.
